There are many cases when a customer and/or a technician will need an owner’s manual. A customer should be able to obtain a security system owners manual in one of several ways:
- The technician gives it to them at the time of installation rather than locking it in the panel.
- For new construction, leave the manual in the kitchen drawer.
- The manual can be downloaded from our website under resources
These tech tips are intended to provide insights to small nuances to help with many different products we offer. It is the small attention to detail that separates an outstanding job from an OK one.
