Although we pride ourselves on having the proper tools and skills that allow us to wire most of our systems post-construction, there is a great advantage to having the flexibility to pre-wire during construction. Our new-construction system includes 5 step process:
Consultation:
We work with you to design electronic systems using creative design techniques that meet your needs and your budget.
Prewire:
We typically come out to run our wires as the electrician is wrapping up; just before insulation and drywall. We prefer a small overlap with the electrician because we will need some coordination with him.
Trimout:
We typically come back to install everything towards the end of construction after the walls are painted, and again, as the electrician is wrapping up.
Activation:
After you move in, we come back for any final setup and programming that is required and to make sure you understand the operation of everything.
Ongoing service:
We’ll be there for you as long as you live in your new home if you have any questions or need assistance.
